Formly ("we", "us", "our") operates the website formly.live, a free educational fitness and diet information platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information relating to users of our website ("you").

2a. Calculator and quiz inputs

When you use our BMI calculator, TDEE calculator, or fitness quiz, any data you enter (age, weight, height, sex, activity level, goal) is processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. This data is never transmitted to our servers and we do not store it in any database or log file.

2b. Contact form submissions

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and retain it for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

2c. Automatically collected data (server logs)

Our hosting provider automatically collects standard server log data when you visit our site, including: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time and date of visit. This data is used for security monitoring and is retained for up to 30 days.

2d. Data collected via third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data about you:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymised usage data (pages viewed, session duration, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. See Google's Privacy Policy.
